The Yellow Line signifies the dispatchers and 911 Center Staff. This design was suggest by one of our great customers, Alan.
To me, having it between both the blue and red thin lines signifies that all three sides have to work together to protect our public. It also signifies that without the dispatchers and 911 call takers and staff, neither the Police nor Fire Departments could do their jobs effectively.

The Black background is a constant reminder of our fallen brothers and sisters in law enforcement and the fire service.

The lines are what Public Safety protects. The barrier between tyranny and a civilized society. Between order and chaos. Between respect for decency and lawlessness.
